My love for food began at a very young age, where I spent many summers on my family's farm on the island of Kauai. My family was always finding new ways to utilize the abundance of fruits and veggies growing outside -- true farm to table style cuisine was a staple in our household.
As I got older, I began to realize my interest for cooking was more than just a hobby. I found true happiness in the kitchen, serving delicious meals to family and friends. Upon, moving to San Diego I decided to take it to the next level by attending the San Diego Culinary Institute.
Not only do I have knack for coming up with creative combinations in the kitchen, but I have passion for providing people with healthy quality food that will nourish your body and keep your mind at ease knowing the ingredients I'm using are fresh, full of nutrients, and thoughtfully chosen all while fitting into your busy lifestyle!
